How do I book my vacation in paradise, you ask Well, here's how it works: Contact me by:
I need to know the dates you'd like to visit. I'll let you know if your desired dates are available or you can check the web calendar. Send me a 20% deposit to hold your reservation after confirmation of availability. The balance of the rental fee is due to me 30 days prior to your arrival date. Over the winter holidays, the balance is due 60 days in advance. All funds must be a check or money order,
payable in US$. I also accept payment through Paypal. When mailing a check, make it out to "Christopher Griffin " and mail it to me at: Christopher Griffin Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival for refund of your deposit. If canceled within 30 days, there will be no refund unless I am able to re-rent to someone else, in which case I will refund for those days I am able to re-rent. I will send you a confirmation letter that includes instructions on how to get there and how to check in. Rates:
Click here to get a rate quote. Rental includes accommodations, linens, utilities, local phone calls, full use of the complex facilities, parking, and one spectacular sunset per evening. The unit will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Interim cleaning during your stay may be arranged at your expense. The fine print (just a few!):
